Radiant is seeking an Engineering Manager, Integration & Test , to lead the electrical engineering team responsible for test infrastructure and system integration for Kaleidos, Radiant's commercial microreactor unit targeted for deployment in 2028. You will manage a team of electrical engineers while owning cross-functional stakeholder relationships and driving execution from early architecture through hardware bring-up, testing, and commissioning. ## What they're looking for

- BS in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- 8+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience, including hands-on hardware design, integration, and test
- 2+ years of engineering management experience, including hiring and team development
- Demonstrated ability to drive programs with significant scope and ambiguity under tight timelines
- Experience with DAQ and test systems (e.g., NI PXI, dSpace, Speedgoat, or similar)
- Proficiency with LabVIEW, TestStand, and at least one scripting language (Python, C++, C#, or similar)
