## About the role

We are looking for an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to serve as the company EHS authority supporting Radiant's multi-site manufacturing and operations in a lean, fast-moving environment. This role owns the strategy, development, implementation, and execution of EHS programs and initiatives that protect employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and scale with the business.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, safety engineering, industrial engineering, environmental science, or a related field
- 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments
- Experience building, developing, and implementing EHS strategies and programs
- Deep working knowledge of OSHA / Cal-OSHA, fire safety, hazardous materials management, and environmental compliance requirements
- Comfortable acting as the primary EHS owner in a lean, fast-moving organization
- Proven ability to work crosse-functionally to affect change and embed EHS practices into daily operations
