## About the role

Radiant is seeking a proactive and strategic Indirect Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and management of all goods and services for the indirect categories. This role is crucial in building and maintaining a resilient, cost-effective, and reliable supply base. You will be responsible for a wide range of categories, including Facilities, IT, Professional Services, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), consumables, and complex R&D collaborations.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within technology, energy, or industrial sectors
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and management of complex service agreements and contracts
- Strong understanding of indirect procurement processes (e.g., RFQ/RFP, category management, procure-to-pay)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
