## About the role

Radiant is seeking a PLM Administrator to own day-to-day Teamcenter and NX administration, reporting to our PLM Architect. Teamcenter expertise is scarce and hard to acquire, and this seat puts you directly under an architect to build it in a hardware-driven organization where the platform decisions carry real weight.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a STEM discipline
- 3+ years in a technical support, systems administration, or engineering support role
- Exposure to a PLM, PDM, or CAD environment: Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, SolidWorks PDM, or comparable. Depth is welcome but not required
- Experience working with engineers, gathering requirements and turning them into actionable steps
- Organized and dependable with attention to detail
- Genuine appetite to learn this platform deeply
