## About the role

Radiant is seeking a flexible, innovative Quality Systems Engineer to balance the implementation of quality assurance requirements within a high throughput manufacturing environment. You will be a leader in the industry as you take an objective look at what controls are necessary to achieve our mission and which should be dropped because they are no longer relevant.

## What they're looking for

- Undergraduate degree in engineering and ability to apply fundamental engineering principles
- Deep familiarity with quality management systems (AS9100, ISO9001, NQA-1, TS16959, etc.)
- 2+ years of full-time experience with engineering problem solving in hardware design, testing, systems engineering, build reliability or quality assurance
- The ability to challenge assumptions, always asking why and getting to the root of the matter, conversely, able to accept challenges and engage with different viewpoints
- Hands-on experience with requirement derivation, negotiation and verification, or experience with the product design process especially as it relates to defining systems, interfaces and specifications
- Experience in a Mission Assurance, Quality Assurance, Build Reliability, or Systems Engineering role
