## About the role

RADICL is looking for a Product Designer to help us redefine how small and mid-sized businesses in the U.S. Defense Industrial Base (DIB) experience cybersecurity. You'll design interfaces that transform a complicated, alert-heavy category into workflows users can confidently understand and act on.

## What they're looking for

- 2–4 years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing end-to-end process, from research and wireframes through shipped outcomes
- Strong proficiency in Figma (FigJam, Design, Make) for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
- Solid UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, usability heuristics, and user flows
- Experience designing sophisticated B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, multi-tenancy, or other data-dense product
- Hands-on experience designing UX for AI agentic workflows
- Experience designing within and contributing to a design system
