## About the role

RADICL is seeking a Senior Engineer to focus on AI-driven workflows and intelligent automation systems . You'll architect and build the next generation of automated incident response capabilities powered by advanced AI systems. This role is entirely focused on automation and workflow orchestration - you'll create intelligent systems that automatically process security data, generate insights, and execute response actions without direct human interaction in the critical path.

## What they're looking for

- AI/ML systems experience: 3+ years implementing production AI workflows, preferably with large language models, agent systems, or intelligent automation platforms
- LLM integration: Hands-on experience with GPT, Claude, or similar models, understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI safety considerations
- Event-driven architecture: Strong background in designing reliable, scalable systems using message queues (Kafka), stream processing, and asynchronous workflows
- Go and Python proficiency: Experience building high-performance backend services in Go and AI/ML pipelines in Python, familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
- Security domain knowledge: Understanding of automated incident response workflows, entity relationship modeling, threat attribution methodologies, and cybersecurity operations
- Data systems: Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, and handling large-scale security data processing and analysis
