## About the role

RADICL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Apps team. You'll design and build the core product experiences that security operators use daily - from vulnerability management and compliance assessment workflows to security awareness training platforms and task management systems.

## What they're looking for

- Full-stack proficiency: Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with React and Node.js, 5+ years of production experience
- Go experience preferred: Opportunity to work with modern, performant microservices and contribute from day one
- Database expertise: PostgreSQL proficiency including complex queries, schema design, migrations, and performance optimization
- API design: Experience with RESTful services, async job processing, and event-driven architectures
- Frontend modernization: Familiarity with React Hook Form, Zod validation, modern state management (TanStack Query, Zustand), and component libraries
- Multi-tenant systems: Understanding of tenant isolation, RBAC patterns, and scalable architecture design
