## About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Talent Operations Specialist to build and run the machinery behind talent and people ops as we scale. This isn't a traditional HR generalist role - it's for someone who treats recruiting and people ops like an engineering challenge: we don't just 'use' tools, we build AI-augmented workflows, automate the manual, and engineer our people & talent infrastructure for scale.

## What they're looking for

- On-site or hybrid presence preferred
- Experience in talent ops, people ops, management consulting, or other high-intensity operational roles
- API/MCP experience, comfortable with ATS integrations and automation
- Experience with recruiting or people technology (Ashby, Rippling, Greenhouse, Workday, GoodTime, Modernloop)
- You've supported or run programs across multiple regions, working through regional differences in compliance, process, and stakeholder needs
- You write and speak clearly, whether the audience is a hiring manager, a vendor, or leadership
