## About the role

ListEngage’s internal enablement department, ListEngage Academy, is partnering with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to hire and install a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead in TCS’ Seven Hills Park delivery center in Milford, Ohio. While the position is located within a TCS office, the role reports to the Head of ListEngage Academy. The responsibilities consist of CoE leadership and governance, business demand and growth, stakeholder management, and talent strategy and development.

## What they're looking for

- Leadership experience in Salesforce-led growth, delivery, and capability building
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study required
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
- Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Data 360, Agentforce, and Industry Clouds
- Strong program management, organizational, and execution skills
