## About the role

The SFMC Solution Architect, Marketing Cloud Engagement, partners with clients to successfully deploy and adopt Salesforce solutions that support their business goals. This role works closely with clients and internal project teams to configure solutions, gather requirements, perform testing, deliver training, and support go-live activities.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, implementation, consulting, business systems, or a related technical role
- Experience working directly with customers or internal stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce Cloud preferred
- Exposure to software implementation projects or business process improvement initiatives preferred
- Salesforce certifications a plus or the ability to obtain Salesforce Certifications within six months of hire
