## About the role

We are hiring a Compliance Associate to support our bank sponsorship relationships and the compliance workstreams behind new product and market expansion. You will sit at the center of Product, Engineering, Legal, and our sponsor banks: translating partnership agreements and regulatory requirements into concrete product requirements, preparing the documentation our bank partners rely on, and helping launches move quickly without compromising on compliance.

## What they're looking for

- • 4+ years experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within banking, fintech, or payments
- • Working knowledge of the bank sponsorship / Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) model and third-party risk management expectations
- • Familiarity with core consumer financial regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, Reg CC, EFTA, GLBA)
- • Ability to read and interpret bank partnership agreements, regulatory guidance, and compliance requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, and bank partners
- • Excellent written communication skills, including experience creating compliance documentation (requirement matrices, policies, checklists)
