## About the role

Rain is hiring a Financial Partnerships Manager to expand our strategic financial ecosystem partnerships globally. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing the partnerships that enable Rain’s products, expansion, and long-term growth. These relationships may include banks, financial institutions, payment processors, fiat on/off-ramp providers, treasury and liquidity providers, compliance infrastructure providers, fintech platforms, and other strategic financial ecosystem participants.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, financial services, fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or financial infrastructure
- Deep familiarity with modern financial ecosystems, including banking, payments, stablecoins, treasury operations, settlement infrastructure, compliance systems, and money movement
- Demonstrated success building and managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, infrastructure providers, fintechs, or technology platforms
- Experience negotiating and managing complex commercial relationships involving legal, compliance, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of stablecoins, cross-border payments, financial infrastructure, and the evolving intersection of traditional finance and digital assets
- Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders
