## About the role

Compliance is an intentional product surface at Rain. Every card we issue, every wallet we open, and every dollar that moves across our rails depends on controls that are correct, auditable, and fast enough not to be felt. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own that surface end to end.

## What they're looking for

- • 8+ years in product management, including at least three years owning compliance, risk, identity, or payments products in a regulated environment
- • Working fluency in AML/CFT: you can hold your own on KYC and KYB standards, sanctions screening logic, monitoring typologies, and SAR workflows without needing a translator
- • Direct experience with card issuing, payments infrastructure, or banking-as-a-service - you understand what an issuing bank, a BIN sponsor, and a network each expect from a program
- • A track record of shipping systems where correctness matters more than a fast demo, and the technical depth to design data models and APIs with engineers rather than around them
- • Comfort with genuine ambiguity. The regulatory picture for stablecoins is still being written, and you will often decide with incomplete information
- • Clear, precise writing. Most of your leverage here comes from documents other people can act on
