## About the role

Rain is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to be the connective tissue across product, engineering, partnerships, and our fintech, neobank, and institutional customers. As Rain scales, the difference between a good product org and a great one is the rigor of the operating system underneath it — how partner feedback gets in, how decisions get made, how launches land, and how the whole machine compounds.

## What they're looking for

- • 5–8 years of product operations, program management, chief-of-staff, or strategy & operations experience, with a track record of building operational excellence inside a product-led company with a strong engineering culture and high bar for quality
- • Exceptional product judgment and operating instincts — you're someone others describe as one of the sharpest operators they've worked with, and you consistently raise the bar for the people around you
- • A senior, autonomous operator who can define the problem, drive the plan, and own the outcome without needing close direction
- • Strong technical fluency (APIs, payments systems, blockchain concepts) and the instinct to pull on technical threads yourself rather than defer to engineering or product
- • Genuinely excited to live in the details — you believe operational excellence is won in the specifics and are energized by the work to get them right
- • Excellent written and verbal communication, you can operate with sophisticated external partners, internal engineering teams, and executive stakeholders with equal ease
