## About the role

The Senior Digital Technical Delivery Lead will report into an enterprise Digital Program and focuses on leading delivery teams in the planning, design, development in support of the project. This is a technical leadership role responsible for guiding key technology decisions and developing technical specifications that can be utilized by development teams.

## What they're looking for

- 10 years of experience in software engineering and technical delivery, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the financial industry or similarly regulated technology and operations environments
- Hands-on experience modernizing quality assurance by implementing shift-left testing principles, automating unit and regression tests early in the SDLC, and enforcing standardized code quality merge gates
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery squads composed of internal employees and 3rd-party digital vendors, managing vendor delivery standards, code review SLAs, and coordinating dependencies across squads
- Desired skills:
- Extensive experience in software engineering, with preference on candidates with experience in the financial industry, associated technology and operations
- Experience with API integrations, security best practices, and middleware
