## About the role

The IT Program/Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a cybersecurity program comprising three parallel projects. Reporting to the Associate Director, IT Investment Office (ITIO) / Project Management Office, this role will ensure successful project delivery within approved scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining compliance with university policies, IT PMO methodologies, and governance standards.

- Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably within complex IT environments
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects throughout the complete project lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational change management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders
