## About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Knowledge Management Program & Governance Specialist to help implement and sustain the PDSS knowledge management operating model.

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrated experience in enterprise knowledge management, content governance, information management, or a related discipline
- Experience translating a KM strategy or operating model into practical processes, standards, roadmaps, and implementation activities
- Strong understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, content lifecycle management, ownership, permissions, and review processes
- Experience working with SharePoint and enterprise knowledge-base or collaboration platforms
- Strong program coordination and stakeholder-facilitation skills across business, technical, vendor, and leadership teams
- Ability to create clear requirements, priorities, governance materials, training content, and executive-level progress reporting
