## About the role

The Project Controls Analyst in this role will provide foundational project management support services throughout the lifecycle of capital projects—spanning project initiation, cost management, change management, progress measurement, reporting, and project closeout.

- 0 to 5 years of professional experience (targeting candidates with approximately 1 year of practical exposure supporting low- to moderate-risk capital projects)
- Basic understanding of project cost control, scheduling principles, and financial systems (familiarity with tools like SAP Project Systems, Pims Cost Management, or advanced Microsoft Excel is a strong asset)
- Fundamental awareness of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress measurement rules of credit, and cost-schedule variance tracking
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collect, synthesize, and report data clearly from cross-functional stakeholders (such as engineering, procurement, and accounting)
- Demonstrated capability to exercise professional judgment in classifying and compiling data, combined with a meticulous commitment to accuracy and audit readiness
