## What they're looking for

- Creative problem solving: we are an early stage start-up, everyone is expected to work together to solve problems even if it might not usually fall within your job description
- 6-10+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Strong desire to lead, execute, and own their own projects
- Track record of learning new languages, technologies, and patterns on the job
- Comfortable working and reasoning across the stack - frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in-office
