## About the role

As a Production Specialist at Reachdesk, you will work directly with our Swag Sourcing team to coordinate the sourcing, ordering and delivering of personalized Swag to some of the largest businesses across the globe. You will be responsible for making sure Swag matches client expectations through getting proofs and approvals and you will be responsible for working with our manufacturers to ensure these items arrive on time.

## What they're looking for

- 2 years or more in the branded merchandise industry
- Expertise using CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, or other promotional product softwares
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or other vector artwork softwares
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or other sales CRM platforms
- Background in creating personalized or printed hard goods and apparel
- A strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate these to clients
