- A proven record of personally sourcing, securing, and launching strategic brand or vendor partnerships while consistently achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure favorable pricing, margins, payment terms, service levels, and broader commercial agreements
- Ability to identify marketplace gaps and shape category and assortment opportunities using client input, platform data, and market trends
- Experience managing partnerships from initial outreach and negotiation through contracting, onboarding, launch, and ongoing performance
- Strong relationship-building skills and the executive presence to engage senior leaders at leading brands, prospective clients, and existing customers
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including assessing partner economics, improving commercial terms, and building business cases
