## About the role

We’re looking for a rockstar Account Executive to join our team at Reacher. This role entails putting together the full processes and systems for your end to end sales motion. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience taking early stage startups from launch to exit and are looking for their next challenge. You’ll be responsible for generating and closing new opportunities, nurturing relationships with business owners, and ensuring customers see maximum success on TikTok Shop using our platform.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years in Account Executive role at an early or growth stage startup, Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus
- Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding quota
- Excited about working in an office within LA
- Builders mindset ready to grow sales strategies and assist with GTM
- Proven ability to manage the full cycle: prospecting, closing, onboarding, and retaining customers
