We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our fast-growing team at Read AI. As a senior member of the engineering organization, you won't just build features but will define the technical roadmap, architect scalable systems, and set the standard for code

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant portion spent building and scaling production-grade fullstack applications
- Mastery of Frontend: Expert-level knowledge of React and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of state management, performance profiling, and modern CSS strategies
- Robust Backend Expertise: Proven track record of designing high-throughput RESTful/GraphQL APIs and microservices using Node.js, Java, or Python
- Infrastructure & Data: Strong experience with AWS (or similar cloud providers) and deep proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization
- Systems Thinking: Demonstrated ability to design distributed systems that are resilient, observable, and easy to maintain
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead technical RFC (Request for Comments) processes
