## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of development experience
- Strong experience building and shipping production mobile apps on iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose)
- Proven ability to own complex features end-to-end , including technical design, execution, rollout, and iteration
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns , state management, and building maintainable UI at scale
- Experience with real-time audio capture and processing , using AVFoundation (iOS) and/or Android audio APIs
- Familiarity with background execution, offline storage, and syncing data reliably across devices and network conditions
