## About the role

As RealPage's Demand Marketing Driver, you are the digital marketing expert on your assigned client accounts — client-facing, with your own book of business, prescribing and executing strategy across the full Demand Marketing suite: CMS, Agentic Search Optimization (ASO), Digital Advertising, and Attribution/Data.

## What they're looking for

- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO/AEO, paid search, website/CMS, or related), client-facing experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Deep technical fluency across SEO/AEO and agentic search, paid search and digital advertising, CMS/website performance, and attribution
- Comfortable serving as the technical authority in client conversations, prescribing strategy with confidence
- Proactively tracks digital marketing and search trends rather than waiting to be informed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to adjust for audience and depth of expertise
