## About the role

The Fintech Counsel will serve as the primary legal advisor supporting RealPage’s payment processing, money transmission, and consumer lending operations. This role works closely with the SVP, Legal & Compliance to execute product development and compliance strategies across RealPage Payments (ClientDirect), ResidentDirect, ClickPay, and Livble.

## What they're looking for

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
- Demonstrated experience advising on payment processing, money services business operations, and/or consumer lending programs
- Working knowledge of federal consumer financial laws and regulations, including BSA/AML, Regulation E, Regulation Z, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, and GLBA
- Experience reviewing and negotiating financial services agreements, including bank partnership agreements, payment processing agreements, and vendor contracts
- Experience supporting regulatory examinations or supervisory inquiries by state or federal financial regulators
- Familiarity with state money transmission licensing requirements and NMLS
