## About the role

As a Risk Assessment & Recovery Analysis (RARA) Manager, the focus is to build and manage a team of creative problem solvers who are experts for RealPage. The RARA Manager is responsible for fostering a productive, people focused environment that drives employee engagement, internal partnerships and high levels of customer satisfaction in solution consulting across RealPage products.
