## What they're looking for

- 5 to 8+ year s building production software, including 3+ years with TypeScript across front end and/or back end
- Expertise in Node.js (TypeScript): Express/Fastify/NestJS (or similar), async patterns, performance profiling, and memory/CPU tuning
- Expertise in React (TypeScript): component design, hooks, state/data management, accessibility WCAG, and testing React Testing Library/Jest)
- API craftsmanship : Designing stable REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication/authorization OAuth2/OIDC, pagination, rate limiting, and telemetry
- Quality mindset: Proficiency with Jest and integration testing, code review excellence, strong debugging and observability (logs/metrics/traces)
