## About the role

The Solution Account Manager serves as a critical connection between the RealPage Revenue Management platforms and our customers’ ability to improve operational performance and uncover hidden yield across multifamily portfolios. As part of the Customer Success organization, Solution Account Managers partner with customer stakeholders, from revenue managers to C-level executives, to recommend approaches that assist platform usage, optimize performance, and increase portfolio yields.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or related industry
- Displays business acumen and understanding of organizational agility
- Experience using Microsoft office products, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others
- Strong project management skills required, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
