## About the role

The Senior Enablement Strategist drives Smart Building growth by identifying and developing opportunities within existing RealPage accounts and the broader multifamily market, including net-new prospects. By aligning marketing, demand generation, SDRs, sales, and business operations, the role creates targeted go-to-market strategies, builds qualified pipeline and drives revenue through disciplined execution and measurable accountability.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, operations, or related discipline, equivalent relevant experience may be considered
- Five or more years of progressive experience in sales enablement, go-to-market operations, program management, business strategy, marketing operations, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes and senior stakeholder visibility
- Experience building dashboards, scorecards, operating cadences, or workflows that improve accountability and execution
- Travel: occasional travel may be required for business planning, stakeholder meetings, customer/partner engagement, or company events
- Systems thinking and the ability to connect multiple workstreams to a common commercial outcome
