## About the role

The Technical Data & Analytics (D&A) Consultant is responsible for helping clients successfully adopt and operationalize Lumina Connect solutions. This role combines consultative leadership with technical implementation expertise and serves as the bridge between client business objectives, RealPage data products, and the customer-owned technology ecosystem.

## What they're looking for

- Strong consultative, project management, and client relationship skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously
- Expertise in data concepts including data dictionaries, schemas, field definitions, source-to-target mappings, data lineage, refresh cycles, data quality, and reconciliation
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Data Lakehouses, etc
- Working knowledge of data integration patterns, connectors, APIs, file-based feeds, authentication, network permissions, and customer-owned data warehouse environments
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts, including joins, aggregates, filtering, core functions, and the ability to investigate customer data issues
- Ability to understand how data is consumed by reporting and analytics platforms, including Power BI and other customer BI tools
