We're hiring our first Revenue Operations Lead to own the operating system behind Rebar's revenue engine: Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, along with the systems, processes, data, and planning that connects them. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in Revenue Operations or a closely related GTM operations role at a B2B SaaS company, ideally early-stage, with scope that spanned more than just Sales
- You've been the HubSpot admin of record, not a power user. You've owned objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, and permissions, and you know the Marketing Hub side too: forms, lifecycle stages, campaigns, and attribution
- You've connected systems. You've wired a third-party tool into the CRM, owned the data model on both sides, and know what breaks when one side changes
- You've built a funnel end to end: lifecycle definitions, routing, SLAs, and attribution that Marketing and Sales both trusted
- You've run a forecast. You've owned a weekly commit cadence, produced the roll-up, and reconciled the CRM to the number leadership presented
- You speak ARR: new vs. upsell vs. downsell, renewals, NRR, and how to model them in a CRM so Finance can close the books on them
