## About the role

Rebolt is building the next-generation no-code platform that empowers companies to create and deploy custom full-stack applications in minute. Our mission is to enable both technical and non technical teams to replace brittle spreadsheets and one-size-fits-all SaaS with their own internal tools. Own the engine room . Architect and ship the core services that power our multi-agent AI workflows: rock-solid restful APIs, data models built for evolution, and deployment/debug tools that just work.

## What they're looking for

- Have 2+ years of backend engineering experience and a solid foundation in both Computer Science and software engineering principles. We're also open to exceptional college grads with strong intern/co-op experience
- Are fluent in Python and TypeScript and have worked with FastAPI and/or NextJS in the past
- Understand how databases (KV, SQL, Document based) work, when each of them should be used and how they can be optimized
- Have previously developed, tested and scaled RESTful APIs in the past
- Are self-motivated, like to take ownership, have low ego, desire to work on a fast-paced, intense, fun team. Passion for building a world-class engineering culture
- Are product-focused, understanding that technology is a means to build an amazing product, not an end in itself
