## About the role

As our pipeline matures, you will play a critical role in scaling our clinical supply operations from early exploratory phases into complex, global pivotal trials.

## What they're looking for

- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of clinical project management or clinical supply chain management experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Trial Expertise: Direct experience managing the clinical supply chain for late-stage (Phase IIb/III) pivotal trials, including scaling up manufacturing and packaging strategies to enable flexibility and speed
- Global Logistics: Deep knowledge of global clinical trial supply operations, country-specific import/export regulations, and complex distribution networks
- Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience designing and managing IRT/RTSM systems. Strong understanding of cGMP/cGCP guidelines and blinded operational protocols
- Vendor Oversight: Proven track record of managing contract packaging vendors, global depots, and managing clinical supply budgets effectively
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
