Red 6 is an innovative Augmented Reality (AR) technology startup leading the way in synthetic air combat training. Our primary technology, supporting our ATARS product, enables pilots to simulate the cognitive challenges of flying while accessing realistic, scalable training in dynamic outdoor environments.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in a business development leadership role
- 20+ years in the U.S. Navy, preferably retired Commander rank or higher
- Background in modeling & simulation, flight training, or LVC systems strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in capturing large-scale Navy contracts, preferably in emerging tech or training domains
- Strong knowledge of Navy acquisition programs, POM processes, and contracting vehicles (e.g., SBIR, OTA, IDIQ)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
