## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Typically 12+ years of experience developing complex electrical systems for aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability applications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 5+ years of experience leading electrical architecture development for complex airborne or mission-critical systems
- Demonstrated expertise in subsystem electrical architecture, electrical mission systems integration, and real-time embedded hardware
- Experience defining electrical interfaces, power architectures, and electrical system integration strategies
- Experience designing and integrating electrical systems compliant with military environmental and safety standards such as MIL-STD-461 (EMI/EMC) and MIL-STD-810 (Environments)
