## About the role

The North America Red Hat Training team is looking for an extremely organized and detail-oriented associate​ to join us covering West and Central US Enterprise. In this role, you will provide high touch service in order to manage education services such as training delivery oversight and coordination, course enrollments, and consumption reporting. Additionally, you will support Training Specialists (TS) and Territory Services Manager (TSM) as needed on high complexity projects.
