## About the role

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital media account management, media planning, or agency client services. Experience handling a mix of lifestyle, travel, or finance clients is a huge plus
- Sales-Minded Focus: A clear goal of moving into a direct sales role, with experience supporting account growth, and renewals
- Organization & Detail Management: Elite organizational skills, laser-sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple RFPs and deadlines at once
- Confidence & Polish: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the natural charisma to pitch directly to brand decision-makers
- The "TPG" Factor: A genuine passion for or deep curiosity about credit card rewards, points and miles, and the airline/hotel loyalty ecosystem
