## About the role

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Charlotte, NC headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week. This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.

- Driving complex decision-making: Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating competing priorities, and making high-impact product decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Partner engagement: Experience serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders or clients, leading discovery conversations, validating opportunities, and aligning teams around shared goals
- People leader: Managed junior product managers (or adjacent roles) with direct responsibility for their development and success
