## About the role

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

## What they're looking for

- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience executing paid social campaigns and managing performance for complex, always-on acquisition programs
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills, with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Databricks. Familiarity with data transformation platforms such as Fivetran and Hightouch is a plus
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on performance marketing and growth economics. Ability to join and transform data from multiple sources to uncover insights beyond the standard marketing funnel
- Strong communication skills and bias to action. Ability to work autonomously, prioritize projects based on impact, and translate insights into strategic roadmaps
- Experience navigating attribution, incrementality, and reduced signal transparency as platforms evolve, with a willingness to dig deeper and problem-solve
- Desire to work hands-on in a performance-driven, analytically rigorous environment. Passion for paid media marketing and awareness of emerging best practices, and tools in the space
