## About the role

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York City office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

## What they're looking for

- 5-7 years of experience in digital media sales, preferably in financial services, fintech, or credit cards
- Experience managing and growing existing accounts as well as winning new business
- Ability to operate with significant autonomy and represent TPG credibly with senior partner and agency stakeholders
- Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets across a mix of renewal and new-deal cycles
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Boostr) is a plus
