## About the role

The VP of Growth & Transformation personally owns end-to-end accountability for one of our client partnerships: the client relationship, the growth marketing strategy that drives acquisition and retention, and the P&L. The VP also directs the agentic systems that power delivery, staying fluent enough to set direction, evaluate tradeoffs, and hold dotted-line engineering, data, and product partners accountable to the strategy.

## What they're looking for

- Proven track record owning client relationships and P&L/commercial outcomes at the VP or C-suite level
- 10+ years leading growth marketing, media-funnel, or customer acquisition strategy, in consulting, digital operations, or strategic planning
- Deep experience defining and managing KPIs tied to acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to drive decisions and system optimization
- Strong understanding of agentic systems and modern AI architectures (LLM integrations, RAG, API-driven decisioning), with fluency sufficient to direct and evaluate technical teams building these systems
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams, including dotted-line technical partners, in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
