## About the role

Reddit is looking for a solution builder focused on Go-to-market Insights and Automation to join our Central Operations team. In this role, you will be the technical engine behind our data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. You will design and implement workflows that automate our reporting ecosystem, ensuring that our sales teams have the insights they need to succeed without the manual overhead.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field
- Experience with SQL and relational databases. You should be able to write complex, performant queries and understand query optimization
- Strong programming skills: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Go) for building data pipelines and automation
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose root causes and evaluate tradeoffs
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and independently structure complex problems into clear recommendations and data driven solutions that are understood by both technical builders and business stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, this role requires an owner, not a coordinator
