## About the role

This role is part of the Ads Measurement, Signals, and Privacy organization at Reddit. The Ads Signals & Onboarding team builds the advertising systems and integrations that collect online and offline activity from external sources, connect those signals in a privacy-compliant way, and make them useful across the ads ecosystem. Our platform spans direct and partner-enabled integrations of pixel and CAPI for web & offline data, as well as mobile measurement partners for app data ingestion.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of Product Management experience with a strong track record of launching and scaling advertising-platform products
- Demonstrated success managing Ad Tech products through the full product lifecycle, including advertiser-facing onboarding or management experiences
- Hands-on product experience with data-connection products such as pixels, CAPI, and MMPs
- Deep understanding of the performance advertising ecosystem
- Working knowledge of advertising data governance, privacy choices, legal compliance, and the evolving regulatory landscape
