## About the role

We’re looking for a technical builder who has done it before and knows what it takes to take an idea from -1 to 0 and turn it into a real product and a real company.

## What they're looking for

- You’ve been a founder early founding-team technical leader that has built a product and a company from the ground up and lived the -1 to 0 journey
- 5–8+ years building technology with meaningful time as a CTO, founding engineer, or senior technical leader at an early-stage company. Health or health-tech experience is a strong plus
- A technical or scientific foundation with a degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or a related field, and a demonstrated habit of staying at the frontier of AI through building (or research)
- Deep, current fluency in modern AI/LLMs to tell a real technical advantage from a wrapper, to make good build-vs-buy calls, and to guide founding teams credibly
- Commercial and product judgment to know which problems are worth solving and which to kill quickly
- The credibility to be taken seriously by clinicians, executives, and entrepreneurs — you earn trust inside institutions and move with urgency once you have it
