## About the role

You will sit at the intersection of Product, IT, and the broader business, helping the team focus on the highest-value work. This role combines classic technical product management with hands-on Enterprise AI delivery: you will create clarity from intake, shape roadmaps, communicate tradeoffs, and personally test and validate the automations and agents that improve how work gets done.

## What they're looking for

- ● 5+ years of product management, technical program management, business systems, IT, or related experience, with a track record of delivering cross-functional technology initiatives
- ● Experience running AI enablement and transformation initiatives from pilot to production
- ● Curiosity, pragmatism, and a builder mindset, willing to get into the details, learn new tools quickly, and improve the system after every iteration
- ● Experience managing an intake process and roadmap across multiple stakeholders, balancing strategic priorities with urgent operational needs
- ● Working knowledge of enterprise IT concepts, SaaS applications, integrations and APIs, identity and access management, data flows, security, and change management
- ● Hands-on experience evaluating AI products, automation workflows, or agents, comfortable testing real scenarios, probing edge cases, and separating demos from dependable solutions
