- Excellent legal writing skills, with the judgment to communicate complex terms clearly and concisely
- Sound judgment operating in ambiguity, comfortable making calls without a clear precedent
- Demonstrated ability to work and make decisions autonomously, operating within parameters set in partnership with leadership
- Strong ability to prioritize and focus effort on the highest impact work across a demanding caseload
- Confidence to ask questions and seek input, balanced with the self awareness to push your own limits
