## About the role

We’re looking for a technically fluent and commercially strategic Global Supply Manager (GSM) to lead sourcing for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), custom transformers, and related electronics for a complex high-voltage energy product. You will own sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, and delivery execution for key components that drive both early-stage ramp and sustained manufacturing success.

## What they're looking for

- S. in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent technical background, MBA is a plus
- 4–6 years of sourcing or GSM experience, ideally in EV, energy, or high-voltage electronics industries
- Strong understanding of PCBA cost drivers, contract manufacturing dynamics, and commodity strategy
- Experience negotiating commercial and technical terms with suppliers and CMs
- Highly collaborative, data-driven, and proactive, capable of thriving in fast-paced startup environments
- Willingness to travel internationally to supplier and CM sites as needed (10–25%)
