## About the role

Redwood Materials is searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Production Engineering team in Sparks, Nevada. This team owns the engineering work that keeps our production lines running and takes them to full rate.

## What they're looking for

- BS or MS in Engineering, or other evidence of exceptional ability
- 2-6 years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing, process, or heavy industrial environment
- Track record delivering production ramp, capacity expansion, or continuous improvement programs inside an operating plant
- Able to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications, and hold a technical conversation with the engineers doing the work
- Experience running commissioning, qualification, or operational readiness for production equipment
- Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement methods including root cause analysis, DMAIC, and Kaizen, PMP or Green Belt preferred but not required
